Care Coordinator
The interview itself was brief, and not many questions were asked. It seemed like they were eager to fill positions quickly. However, the overall hiring process takes a considerable amount of time, around three weeks. Following that, there's a week-long orientation, after which you'll undergo a two-week training period in your specific department.

Assistant Manager
I submitted my application and then had a recruiter call. After that, there was a first interview where I had to show my skills. About six months later, I had a second 1-1 interview to make sure we both wanted to work together. The third interview involved filling out paperwork to get started with the company.
- Can you discuss your past experience?
Referral Coordinator
The process was easy going and professional. I was very nervous about making a good impression and the interviewer put my mind at ease. I was able to learn more details about the company and what my position entails, I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had for an interview.
- What would your previous employer say are your greatest strengths and weaknesses if contacted?
Executive Administrative Assistant
It was a lengthy interview process, but overall a good experience. I liked that a lot of it could be done over the phone. The only reason it took a while was due to scheduling. I actually enjoyed talking to the executives.
- Can you describe your previous roles and responsibilities?
