First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OneH2.
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process was pretty basic, not a formal setup. It was mainly the manager getting to know me and asking general mechanical domain questions.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What is your understanding of welds?
- What do you know about material composition?
Electrical Engineer
I went through 2 interview rounds, and then they just stopped responding. I tried to reach out multiple times, but they kept giving me excuses like the hiring manager had changed or the hiring process was temporarily on hold.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
Supply Chain Specialist
It was straightforward and to the point. They gave me a tour of the company and talked about their business. The GM and OM have only been here for 7 months, but the GM, who has a biomedical background, says they are growing.
- What makes you want to join OneH2?
Supply Chain Specialist
The first round was good and interactive with only basic questions. But the second round was not a good experience. The interviewer was not technically sound and very unprofessional, and arrogant despite having limited work experience.
- Could you explain why 100% efficiency was not achieved in SCM?
