Found the role on LinkedIn, sent my resume, and about a week later, the hiring manager called. We chatted for about an hour, mostly to see if my personality fit the team they had in mind. The hiring manager was really nice and answered all my questions. Next, I had a Skype interview with the hiring manager and an assistant because the corporate office is in AZ and I'm in TX. It was a mix of scenario-based and opinion questions, not too easy, not too hard. After that, I spoke with the regional manager for the area. They went over what to expect and scheduled my final interview with a team of 3 people and the VP for the Texas area. This last interview took about 1.5-2 hours and included a Q&A, a role-play, and a presentation. Even though it sounds intense, the interviewers were so friendly and made it feel like a team effort.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The role play was a bit tough since I didn't know the answer. I had to act like I was answering the phone and dealing with a customer who was upset about a specific issue, and then I had to figure out how to resolve it.
  • Pretend you're answering the phone and a customer is upset about a specific situation. How would you handle it?
