Accounts Payable Manager
I got a calendly invite, accepted it, and picked a date/time. But the recruiter never called, and I got no response to my two emails. They completely ghosted me, which was unprofessional. I'm not sure what happened because I confirmed, replied to her email, and we both looked forward to the phone call. She said she loved my resume experience.

Project Coordinator
The interview process is pretty streamlined. You'll first have an initial interview with HR, then meet with the team lead for the position. If the position is more competitive, a third interview with the lead and the team will be needed. Otherwise, two interviews are usually enough. The company doesn't waste time on countless interview rounds because they trust their department heads to make decisions on their own.
- Tell me about a time you handled stress in a fast-paced situation that required resolution.
Business Development Sales
I went through 4 interviews, 2 of which were in person. After that, I was ghosted with no communication or feedback at all. The culture seemed great at first, but this unprofessional approach ruined it. It's not a good way to treat people.

Project Coordinator
I interviewed with Splice, which is the DC subsidiary of One Workplace. The recruiter was great and really personable. However, the interview with the team lead was not great. They didn't give much feedback and couldn't really describe the company/office's culture, just pointed to Amazon's culture which they also couldn't explain. I got past that and was set up to talk with the guy who manages the whole account. He told me I was qualified and brilliant and could definitely do the job, but he was concerned I might not enjoy it after 6 months. He questioned if anyone enjoys work and then ended the interview. It seems he's been a job hopper himself, which makes me wonder.
