It was a confusing sales job that didn't explain the day-to-day tasks. It turned out to be door-to-door sales with no base pay. It was deceptive and shouldn't be trusted.

It was a 2-step process. First, a 15-minute interview to get a feel for your personality. Then, a second 30-minute interview to talk about the job. It was pretty basic, super chill, and everyone was easy to talk to. They called after each interview to let me know if I was moving on.

I had an initial interview with the hiring manager who was really cool and we had a lot in common, like the fact that we both have business to business sales experience. He asked me questions to see if I had what it takes for the job. I figured out they want someone who can eventually be a manager, so the questions were pretty in-depth situational ones, like 'what would you do if you were a manager?'. They said I'd hear back in a day or two after they talked to everyone. Two days later, they called and wanted to talk more about the job and what to expect if I got an offer. That interview was short but they answered all my questions. I was so hyped because I just got my Bachelor's in Bus. Administration, so this job is perfect for my field. I got a call later that day and they offered me the job! I'm working at One Source now and will be promoted to management in 2 weeks!

I applied online for this role through a Monster ad, and it was my first 1-on-1 interview. Even though I'm currently a student, the experience was great. I spoke with two different people about the job. During the process, I realized it wasn't quite in my field, but the interviewer gave me contact info for another department that's hiring, so I have another interview next week. I'm writing this review because they seemed genuinely interested in what I'm looking for and didn't just dismiss me as not a good fit. I'm really looking forward to my second interview.
