First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at One Network Enterprises.
Junior Java Developer
A recruiter reached out to me. First, there was a quick 15-minute phone chat about my background and what languages I know, plus a brief overview of the company. Next up was an online test that was moderately tough, with a couple of questions that were a bit unclear. Then came a technical interview focusing on OOP, making SQL queries, and some problem-solving techniques, which felt pretty straightforward. The fourth round was another technical interview where they drilled down on every language and tech from the job description – that was the hardest part for me. Finally, I met with the hiring manager. It included two simple tech questions and then a longer chat about work styles and past experiences. Everyone was really nice and professional. The test and interviews (except the first call) were about an hour each.
- Could you explain SQL Joins and demonstrate with white boarding?
- Tell me about OOP Concepts.
- Describe simple design patterns.
Java Developer
I applied for this role through a consultancy, and it was meant to be a scheduled drive, but it turned out to be a walk-in. They were hiring for Java Developer, Manual, and Automation Testing roles on the same day. The management was really disorganized; they didn't even have enough space for everyone who showed up. We had to answer about 8 programming questions in 1 hour. I never got any feedback afterwards.
- Can you implement a Stack?
- Show me the Singleton Implementation program.
- How would you override the hashcode and equals method?
Senior Java Developer
So, the interview process starts with a quiz that has multiple choice questions and also some manual responses, you have 1 hour to finish it. After you submit the quiz, they review it. If you pass the quiz, you get to move on to the second interview.
- A timed quiz with multiple choice and manual response questions is administered as a first step before proceeding to the second interview.
