I applied in May 2024 and heard back in 2-3 weeks. My first step was a phone interview in June 2024. I scheduled it with an OMD HR person, and although it needed rescheduling, I kept my original time slot, just modified the time. The phone interview was 30 minutes total, with a 15-minute role-play exercise and a 15-minute actual interview. For the role-play, I had to create an action plan as a Program Coordinator at one of their CCC sites, focusing on assisting a student with various issues. I then had to act out this action plan as if I was speaking to the student during the interview. There were also 4 interview questions. I was told the next step would be an in-person interview. I was also sent a PowerPoint presentation and I think I was supposed to facilitate a mock session, but it wasn't clearly explained. I'm not sure how many total interviews there are, but I'm assuming it's just 2 for this role based on my experience.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really well-thought-out and quite comprehensive, involving several interviews. I found everyone I spoke with to be exceptionally kind and intelligent. Although I didn't ultimately get the job, I genuinely enjoyed my conversations with the team.

It was a really simple process. They asked me a bunch of questions over the phone about my past tutoring experience. They also asked me some situational questions to see how I'd handle things. All in all, it was a good experience.
