It's a good process, you need to keep in touch with the HR continuously. HR will coordinate with you time to time. You need to prepare everything, it depends on your position and experience. You can crack the rounds.

I applied to Princess Cruise line twice for a Future Cruise Specialist role. The first time, I passed two interviews but was rejected before the final one with no clear reason. The hiring manager later told me I was too aggressive. For my second application in October 2023, I had to submit a video interview selling an itinerary, adjusting my approach to focus on customer service after the previous rejection. This was followed by a brief WhatsApp call. A few days later, I was told I didn't qualify because I wasn't aggressive enough, despite having 10 years of experience and strong sales achievements. It's notable they hired people without sales experience. I would not recommend working here.
