This was a pretty standard interview process, but they really dug into my past work experience. I never heard back after what I thought was the final round, so I'm not sure what happened. If you're going to ghost candidates, at least be polite with their time.

The interview process was pretty chill and felt like a good chat. The team was super nice and made it easy to talk. They asked a bunch of stuff about my Scrum background, digging into how I actually use it and deal with real situations – like how I handle planning sprints, run retrospectives, and get rid of any blockers. It really felt more like a conversation about how I work with teams and get agile stuff done, not like a formal interview.

The online application form has some serious issues. It wouldn't let me type special characters like commas, which made it hard to enter my info correctly. It also said it could import my resume data but didn't pull any of my work history. It also asked for three references way too early, which felt intrusive. Some sections like Self-ID didn't even work. I stopped the process because of these problems and wondered if they would have asked for my ID. The form, which seems to be from paycomeonline and is used for hiring and payroll, really needs some attention from upper management to fix its problems so they can attract good talent.

Behavioral

This was a disappointing interview process because I received no feedback. As a job seeker who puts a lot of time into interviews, I think feedback is important for growth. But the lack of it here made me feel frustrated. It's a disservice to candidates when there's no feedback after an interview. Interviews should be a two-way street where both sides can see if it's a fit. Not giving feedback shows a lack of respect for the candidate's time and effort. It leaves candidates guessing what went wrong or what they could've done better. This lack of transparency is unprofessional and discouraging.
