It was all on Zoom, and they basically asked about my past experiences and future plans. The only bummer is my connection wasn't stable, so I couldn't join the Zoom on time, and they decided not to interview me because of that.

It was a two-part interview. First, a quick call with HR, then a one-hour Zoom meeting with the foster care team. The Zoom was pretty laid back, but they did ask about my resume and my experience in foster care.

The interview process was incredibly helpful and the recruiter was always available to guide me. The most interesting part was the in-person interview in Florida. I was expecting a typical interview with a hiring manager. Instead, after meeting with HR, I was given a sheet with a detailed scenario and asked to explain how I would solve it. Afterward, three staff members interviewed me simultaneously, which was a bit nerve-wracking, but they were the nicest and warmest people I've ever interviewed with.
