First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at One Earth Future Foundation.
Policy Specialist
Had a 1 hour chat with the HR recruiter and then a 1 hour chat with the Team. HR asked direct questions about the job description and my resume. The hiring manager was super late (over 30 mins) and mostly asked about work styles and what I bring to the role. The recruiter seemed to know the role better than the hiring manager.
- Would you rather work alone or as part of a team?
Project Coordinator
It was a phone interview, about 30 minutes long. They asked me about my project management background and knowledge of international development. We chatted about the new program and its potential growth over the next few years, even though the HR person had a lot of programs to keep track of.
- Would you be okay with an hourly position?
Research Assistant
I had an online interview that was less than an hour long and I really liked it. Three people interviewed me, and they asked about my past experiences and what I could contribute to the company.
- Tell me about your past experiences.
- What unique contributions can you make to our company?
Communications Specialist
I had 3 interviews, all of which were smooth and friendly conversations. I ended up choosing a different role, which was more about the role I selected than the organization or team. This would be a great place to work.
- Standard questions pertaining to the job description.
