First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at One Community Health.
Facilities Manager
The interviewer was excellent and thoughtful. They asked good questions, and I felt like we built a good rapport. I would certainly recommend the organization based off this experience if it is indicative of the work environment.
- What makes you interested in this role?
Practitioner
HR called me first to check my credentials and then they set up phone interviews with the medical directors and some medical doctors. They asked me questions and gave me an overview of the position.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
Medical Assistant
They will tell you that salaries are comparable to other businesses in the area, but this is misleading, so do your own research. They will also mention its great legacy and culture, which it used to have but is gone and not coming back. Be aware that you will be coming into a difficult and under-resourced organization. The actual interview itself will be a pleasant experience, though.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What made you decide to apply for this position?
- What are your future career goals?
Staff Accountant
I applied online and heard back within a week. The nonprofit interviewing process involved an initial call with HR and the department manager, followed by a sit-down with both. The interview was straightforward with general questions.
- Were there any technical questions asked?
