Marketing
The interview was very thorough and professional. It started with a phone interview, followed by an in-person with the manager and then another in person with the whole team. I appreciated the opportunities to connect with my colleagues and manager and share my experience and get a feel for the culture.
- Can you tell me about a time you faced a significant challenge and how you worked through it?
Software Engineer
It was 3 round table interviews, with a couple developers each. It lasted about 2 hours. They want to know if you will fit in, and if you're a capable engineer. It was a very relaxed and no pressure interview.
- Tell me about a project you're most proud of, whether it was from school or done independently.
Customer Service Representative
It was a warm and welcoming interview process, very easy to understand. There were a few knowledge checks, followed by a friendly phone call with the recruiter. Then there was an in-person interview at the office. Training was also part of the process. The workspace seemed very relaxed initially, and everyone was very friendly during the first few weeks.

The hiring process is quite relaxed. The team is very welcoming and aims to make you feel at ease. It feels more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.
