First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OnCue Express.
Cashier
I applied in person and got a call back within two days. The job started another two days after that. It's a great first job for when you turn 18. It was quick and easy.
- Can you handle working the night shift on your own after training is complete?
Manager
The interviews are all in person and will include the supervisor and an HR representative. This company likes to promote from within. Otherwise, the interview process is pretty simple.
- Are you willing to enforce company policies?
Clerk
I went to the store I wanted to work at and filled out an application. The manager called me the same day and told me to take an assessment test online. A day or two later, they called me for an interview. It was fast because the store was busy. They mainly told me what the job involved and asked if I thought I could do it. I went for a drug test that afternoon. Three days later, they called to offer me the job and asked me to go to corporate to get my shirts. It was a pretty easy process.
- Can you tell me about your experience working with the public?
- Do you have any issues with cleaning floors and restrooms?
- Are you familiar with making coffee?
Sales Associate
It was a pretty quick and easy process. They asked some general questions, along with a few questions about your background and previous job history. The whole thing was fast and didn't feel intimidating at all. I had a good time with it and would suggest checking out oncue.
- Where do you live?
- How will you get to work?
- Tell me about your previous job history.
