It was a general interview. They asked me to describe myself, my job history and duties, and my experiences. I was asked to name the companies I've worked for and tell them what I did, and also mention my accomplishments and weaknesses.

Intern
First an HR coordinator will reach out to schedule an interview. Then the Practice Administrator will conduct an interview. If you make it to a second interview, you'll meet with the Practice President. After that, HR will call to let you know if you got an offer. If you did, you'll meet with the Practice Administrator again to receive the offer.
- Could you describe your proficiency with Excel, specifically regarding pivot tables?
- What is the distance between your home and our office location?
- In terms of your career development, where do you envision yourself growing within our company?
Registered Nurse
First meeting with the manager, then a second meeting with the manager and administrative manager. The third meeting included a tour, meeting the rest of the staff and a doctor. They asked general questions about deceiving oneself, skills, and what you can bring to the team. Everyone was very friendly.

Front Office Assistant
The interview process was very direct. They asked questions based on what I put in the online questionnaire, my resume, and my past experience. The interview didn't take too long, and the staff were very friendly.
