First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at On Time Talent Solutions.
Nurse Practitioner
I had to drive out of state for an interview when it could have been done online. I waited a long time, and there weren't enough people to do the interview, it was like the Hunger Games. I found out the email I received was a mass email sent to many nurse practitioners.
- Tell me why you'd be a good candidate for this position.
Physician Assistant
The recruiter contacted me late on a Friday, which was odd. Then they were hard to reach for a whole week. After I reached out again, we set up a phone call for my lunch break. The recruiter missed the call and didn't respond to my follow-up. The next day, without an apology, they rescheduled for a different time and asked if it worked, like their time was more important. I decided to proceed, but the recruiter couldn't give me basic info about the practice like the number of doctors, the location, or work hours. They said this info was confidential until I submitted an online video of myself. This felt shady, and I suspect it's a scam because the jobs listed might not exist. They now have my personal information.
- Would you be willing to record a video of yourself to send to potential employers?
Healthcare Administrator
The process was efficient and handled professionally. I got there 10 minutes before my scheduled time, filled out some paperwork, and they saw me right after I handed it back to the receptionist. The interviewer was friendly and professional. It was a recorded video interview.
- What made you decide to pursue a career in healthcare?
- How do you approach and manage stressful work situations?
Physician Assistant
The interview process was pretty simple, and the recruiters were nice. After you sign in, they give you a list of questions. You just go in and record yourself answering them, like you're talking to the person who asked.
- Tell me about a time you were a provider in a high-pressure medical situation and what skills you used.
