Behavioral Other

I interviewed with the hiring manager and then two team members. I also had a take-home assignment. I really liked the team and was super into the role, but it's been a few weeks and I haven't heard anything back. It's a bummer when you put in effort and don't even get a rejection.

Behavioral Group

I applied online and HR emailed me the next day to set up a 15-minute phone screen. After that call, they emailed again to set up a 30-minute Zoom interview with two senior sales members. The following business day, I got an email offering a final day of interviews: a group call with the sales team and a 30-minute Zoom call with the VP of sales. Most questions were pretty standard, asking about challenges, successes, and why I wanted the role. I followed up with the VP and then received an automated rejection email from HR. The whole process took just under a month.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The first interview was a chat about the role with the sales team lead. Then, there was a second interview which was a mock call with the same lead and the SDR lead. The final interview was a conversation with the team, VP of sales, and president. The president was late and asked unexpected questions. I took the job because the company’s mission aligned with my career goals.

Behavioral Coding Coding

Initially, the process involved a behavioral chat with the hiring manager, a take-home coding project, and a meeting with the CTO/CEO. It felt like they were all set on hiring me after that last stage. But then, they hit me with a surprise coding challenge, which I finished. Right after, they dropped another surprise coding challenge on me. It felt like they were stalling, waiting to see if someone better came along. Even after I did all those extra coding challenges, they just went silent. Seems like they just used my time and effort.
