The interview process was great overall, and the team was really nice and informative. It was a virtual meeting, but I'll say they weren't very timely in their follow-ups. I reached out multiple times to check if the role was still open and if they had any other positions available.

I had a phone call with the recruiter, no video. It went pretty good, they were super eager to fill the role. After our chat, they sent me 5 questions for the hiring manager. I sent them back right away but never heard anything. I followed up a week later and still nothing.

It started with a recruiter chat, then I spoke with my potential direct supervisor, and then finally had a call with upper management. I felt good about all my interviews because I got to the last stage. I sent thank you notes and followed up with the recruiter. It took them more than three weeks to tell me I didn't get the job. I've applied for 10-15 more jobs there since then and haven't heard back. This was the third job I interviewed for there and it's really frustrating and disheartening to be ghosted by the hiring team all the time.

The hiring process involved several stages, concluding with a final interview with the COO and VP. Unfortunately, after this final round, the company went silent and provided no further communication. This lack of follow-up felt quite unprofessional and disrespectful to my time as a candidate. I really wish they would be more considerate of the candidate's experience in the future.
