The interview experience was pretty straightforward and went well. The interviewers were pretty chill and flexible. I had two interviews lined up: the first one was with some managers, and the second one was a technical interview. The whole hiring process took a bit longer than expected.

I applied online, and then a recruiter reached out for some initial screening and to set up interviews with the hiring manager, a stakeholder, and another HR person. The interview was mostly about my CV and some competency-based questions. After that, I didn't hear back from the company for 4 months, which was pretty unprofessional. You'd hope they're better at treating their employees.

The interview process was fast and smooth. I had one phone interview, then a face-to-face with HR and the direct manager. After that, there was an online interview with HR, the manager, and the Director of Finance. No technical questions were asked, it was all about the role, the team, and my past experiences. I was told I'd hear back in 5-7 business days. It's been 3 weeks with no update, which I think is pretty unprofessional after all those interview rounds.
