First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OmniTRAX, Inc..
Customer Service Representative
It was pretty easy. I interviewed with the manager and HR. HR was there to go over some specific details. It was one of the better interview experiences I've had. The manager asked a bunch of different questions. It felt like a mix between a conversation and an interview. Even the receptionist was super nice.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
Legal Administrative Assistant
I had a one-on-one with the manager, and then her manager joined us. It wasn't bad and the questions were pretty standard. It seemed pretty casual and quick, but we didn't really go over benefits, expectations, dress code, pay, or hours.
- Can you tell me more about your experience in a legal setting?
- Do you possess a law degree?
- Have you previously worked with railroads or in real estate?
Benefits Specialist
The interview is in-person in a couple of days. I spoke with the manager and it was easy. This is a temporary role. I had to take Kenexa tests for both beginner and advanced Excel.
- Can you tell me about your past experience in benefits?
- What is your proficiency level with Excel?
