Customer Success Manager
The first interview was pretty good, professional, and straightforward. Everyone in the office was nice and I liked that they called me personally to say I'd advanced. But, the second interview felt like a total waste of my time. They mentioned wanting to hire someone with a law enforcement background within the first few minutes, which wasn't mentioned at all in the job description. The client base wasn't even specified. I have experience in cybersecurity and the public sector as a CSM, so it felt like going to a CSM interview and being asked why I'm not a baker. It was confusing since they had my resume. After that, they ghosted me and I never heard back. A weird waste of time for everyone involved.
- Can you tell me how many accounts you've managed previously?
- What's your experience working with LEO?
Application Support Analyst
The interview process took place over Microsoft Teams. There were two interviews, both conducted professionally. They included some technical questions and questions about how I handle difficult situations. We also discussed the company's background and a description of the position.
- Tell me about how you manage challenging circumstances.
Systems Analyst
The interview process was really disorganized. I got contacted again a month later, which was unexpected. The people were nice, but the company seems to have some organizational issues, starting with how they handle interviews. I'd probably steer clear of them, and honestly, even the current employees will tell you that things aren't ideal there.
- Can you tell me about your experience resolving issues on the client side?
