Sales Executive
The hiring process felt dishonest. They initially suggested a salary close to my request but then didn't follow through. I was told I'd be VP of Banking Sales, but the offer was for Senior Sales Executive. They also agreed to remove the non-compete clause given my 15 years of experience selling marketing services to banks, but they didn't. When I said I'd sign but cross out the clauses about involuntary termination and marketing companies, they seemed to agree. However, after I sent back the executed offer with the modified non-compete, they rescinded the offer the next business day via email, without any prior discussion or attempt to resolve the disagreement. This was incredibly unprofessional given my 20+ years in the industry. The CEO seems more interested in hiring someone to play paintball with than a real sales professional. He's also reluctant to approve business travel expenses, which is a major issue in banking. He doesn't want to hire remote employees for field sales roles, which is odd as the industry is largely remote now. He's looking for inexperienced people willing to work for cheap, essentially hoping to find talented individuals for very little compensation and support. If they are this dishonest and cheap with employees, it makes you wonder how they treat customers. They also have a bad reputation among other vendors in the Banking Industry, largely due to the CEO's obnoxiousness. The positive reviews here are likely fake, which is a huge red flag among many. I'd strongly advise staying away.

- Do you want to accept a lower salary?
Marketing Copywriter
I applied on Indeed and then had an in-person interview. I met with HR that same day. A few days after, I had a Zoom interview. The interviewer didn't know I'd already interviewed or met with HR, which showed poor communication. They immediately stated their hours were 8-5:30. I said I preferred a 40-hour week, not 50. They then made discriminatory comments about me being a woman, a mother, and my work ethic. Salary was discussed, but they didn't give a pay range, which I saw as a red flag. It was good they showed their real culture and intentions early on.
- Can you tell me about your skills?
- Can you describe your personality?
- Can you discuss your previous experience?
Sales Manager
Had 3 interviews with the CEO, President, and VP of sales. They asked good questions and gave an honest picture of the company and duties. You won't be surprised when you start working. The CEO is very direct during the interview process.
- Tell me about your motivation for wanting this job.
- What is your understanding of credit unions?
- Can you describe your sales experience?
Marketing Coordinator
I spent a whole day, starting with a 2.5-hour trip early morning before 6am, to interview at OMNICOMMANDER. By the end of the day, it felt like I had just chilled with friends who were awesome at their jobs. The company culture is something I've never seen before. I've never interviewed for a job and couldn't stop thinking about how cool it would be to work there.
- What drives you?
