The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my interests and my motivation for wanting this internship. Surprisingly, there weren't a lot of behavioral questions. Make sure to research the agency beforehand, understand the teams, and be clear about your interests.

Recruiter reached out first, then scheduled an interview with the hiring managers. This took about two weeks. Last year in 2023, I was told things looked good, but then they didn't get funding for the role. I interviewed again for this role and didn't get it. It was posted again last month, and when I contacted the recruiter, they said they were looking at other candidates. I was ghosted after that, which is funny because the recruiter posted about not ghosting candidates on LinkedIn. I'm not interested in OMG anymore after that experience.

The whole interview thing was pretty chill and fast. Starting from when they first reached out to the actual interview, it all felt really put together. They were clear about scheduling, got back to me quickly, and I felt pretty good about things the whole way. The people I talked to were pros and nice, so yeah, it was a good time.
