Behavioral Presentation

I had an informal interview with the lab director and VP. They were interviewing multiple candidates at the same time. It lasted about an hour. They also gave me a lab tour and I got to meet some of the staff. I had to wait a few weeks to hear back. The salary they offered wasn't competitive.

It's easy to crack if you are confident. The first round is an HR call, the second round is an assessment that includes comprehensive and anatomy physiology, and the third is an online face-to-face interview where they ask a lot of questions, but it is somewhat easy.

The company kicks off with a screening, which might be a phone call or an online test. If you pass that, there's a first interview to chat about your background and see if you're a good fit. After that, there could be more interviews with different people or even a panel interview. They might also give you some tests to check your skills. Your references might get a call too, to ask about your past work. Then, the hiring team looks at everything and picks the best person. If it's you, you'll get an offer with details on pay and benefits, and you can try to negotiate. Once you accept, you'll start the onboarding.
