First interview would like to know you personal by the boutique managers, if you are good to make till 2nd interview then will be all the important managers (such as Brand manager) then the most important you need to show them you can sell because they will ask you to act/role play with them, even though you are 0 experience in this professional.

It all began with a phone call to confirm the job offer was still active. After I confirmed, I sent my CV and a cover letter. I waited a week for a response from them, which came via phone call. We then set a date for an interview. Two days after the interview, they called to say I could move forward. We scheduled a 'trial day'. During the trial day, future colleagues showed me their daily tasks, how they work, the workplace, introduced me to people, and shared their experiences. At the end of the day, I had a meeting with HR and the manager. We talked about the day, if it met my expectations, my thoughts on it, and if I'd be interested in doing this daily. I said yes, and they said they'd let me know their final decision in the coming days. I got a call confirming I got the position, and soon after, the contract.

I had a phone interview first, which went well. Then I was invited to the 5th Avenue store for a second interview with the store manager. During the interview, the store manager seemed unenthusiastic and only asked basic questions. Later that day, I got an email saying I didn't get the job. I'm convinced being Black was the reason I was rejected, despite my qualifications: I speak 4 languages, have 5 years of experience in high-end retail on 5th Ave with excellent metrics (UPT, ADT, KPI), and the brand had previously offered me an interview which I declined due to location. If you're Black, you should reconsider applying here.
