So first I had like a normal interview with some other technical questions, then I spoke with the IT manager. And he asked me pretty much the same things the first person did. Turns out they were actually looking for someone to transport equipment from other companies, not an IT Technician.

The interview process was pretty standard, with typical questions, but they didn't disclose salary information. The company had big posters claiming they'd change the world, but during the interview, the focus was solely on making money. They even refused to recycle old PCs for small businesses because it wasn't profitable, which contradicted their 'change the world' image. It felt like they were prioritizing profit over their stated mission.

Got an email asking for an in-person interview at their office. When I got there, the interviewer asked me a few questions about my experience with hardware, assembling computers, and also a few about my knowledge in Linux. It felt like they were looking for someone with a mix of hardware and software background, including experience assembling and working with PCs.

The interview process was pretty standard. The only problem was that they didnt really go into detail when it comes to job responsibilities. It was very surface level in that sense but everything else was good. Ive heard that some people have been ghosted on their interview but they ended up being called back.
