It was a really slow interview process. I had a few interviews with management and they said it wasn't a good fit. Then, weeks later, they called me back and asked me to do a 20-minute presentation. They gave me the topic when I got there and I had about 2 hours to prepare it before presenting it to a panel. The panel asked me more questions after the presentation. I'm not sure why they kept me hanging, I feel like they had already decided before they even called me back.

I'm a student looking for a part-time night job. I applied online and was called back the next day for a job fair. At the job fair, we were led to a room with other people for some small talk, then we did a 'pre-employment test' which was basically navigating their website and answering 10 questions about it, needing at least 6 correct to pass. After that, I filled out a form about shifts and agreeing to a background check. Then we waited to meet our interviewer. I was given a 'role-play' sheet to practice for the interviewer to see how I'd sound on the phone. The interviewer asked about 5 common questions like 'what would you do if you weren't making sales' and 'how do you handle stress'. They said they'd follow up within 3 days, but I haven't heard back yet.

The seasonal hiring process was very straightforward and fast, the whole process from walking into the door to walking out with a start date was about 2 hours. A test in the computer room is able to quickly decide what you're qualified for, from there you go straight into the interview which is very well placed and the hiring decision is made while you are in the office. None of the paperwork is overly difficult, and employees are in place if you need questions answered for any part of the process.

Back in the holiday season before 2020, they had an onsite hiring event. The application and interview process was pretty easy, and there wasn't any challenging test. A lot of people who applied before came back for this event. Overall, it was super smooth and not stressful at all. Everyone was really nice and kind. It felt organized and welcoming.
