It wasn't a typical formal interview asking about experience and performance. Instead, it was informal and personal, a simple and welcoming process where I felt comfortable the entire time.

So the whole process was three rounds. First, we had a phone call. Then, the second round was in person, and I got a tour of the office. Finally, the third round was a more formal interview with three managers.

So I sent my resume in, and about a week later they called me for an informational session. They went over the job and the company. The talent acquisition manager was great and gave us pointers for the interview if we paid attention. The actual interview was about a week after that. It was a panel with managers and leads from the department. It was super chill, honestly the best interview I’ve ever had. They aren’t into the usual interview stuff. They just want to chat and see if you’re a good fit. Being honest and positive is key! Really impressed with the company.

I got a call from the recruiter shortly after applying. We discussed salary and job details, and they said I qualified. They sent me a quiz to complete and email back. After I sent it, I didn't hear anything, even after following up. It felt like it was going well, then they ghosted me.
