I applied online and got an email the next day for a phone interview. The interview happened the same day and it went good and positive. They called me for a face-to-face interview after that. I enjoyed all the conversations. They asked me a few basic questions in automation testing and coding. The interview went positive, and they said they would call me for the next hiring process but never did.

I applied online and they called me for a phone interview almost immediately after I submitted my resume. Then I went in for an in-person interview that had a simple coding challenge. They seemed to like me and I thought I'd get an offer soon. But then I heard nothing, not even after I emailed them. I figured they'd hired someone else, which was annoying because the interview suggested otherwise. Three weeks later, they called again, saying their hiring process got delayed but I was still a top candidate. So I went for a second interview, which was like an audition. I worked on their app with one of their developers for two hours. It was fun, and my teammate said my work was helpful and I did better than the other candidate. They said they'd call me later that day. Again, they were late, calling the next Monday to say I didn't get the job. It was a close call, and they mentioned they'd contact me if another position opened up soon. They sent me a $50 gift card for the work I did in the second interview. The interviews were good, but their poor follow-up, even just to say things were delayed, left a bad impression. It's a shame they only hired one of two clearly strong candidates; finding good programmers is tough.

First, I had a call with the hiring manager. Then, I had a Zoom meeting with the people I would be working with. The interview was professional and fun. It started and ended on time and the team asked great questions.
