So I applied and then got a call pretty fast for a phone screen. We set up a Zoom interview for the next week, but then they called to reschedule for another week later. The day of the interview, two of the three interviewers didn't show up. The one interviewer and I just sat there in silence for a bit, waiting, but no one else came. It was pretty awkward because she didn't say anything to me while we waited. The interview was just her asking me over and over about my faults, and she didn't like my answers. She kept saying 'Yes, but...' and rephrasing the questions to get me to talk more about my faults. She even twisted one of my answers and made an assumption, and I couldn't even correct her because she just ran with it. She ended the interview by saying 'Thanks. Have a nice day.' I really didn't like how unprofessional and unkind the whole thing was; it felt like she had already decided before we even started.

I went through three interviews for three different jobs at three different places. The first one was fast, with general questions. They didn't pick me, but sent me to another office for a second interview. That one was just me and the clinic manager. She asked questions, then I had a panel interview, which was more about personality and fit. They picked someone else again, but referred me to a final interview at another office. This last interview was a mess; the manager left mid-interview and sat awkwardly with the lead I'd report to. No questions were asked, the lead just showed me around and walked me out since the manager wasn't around for more questions. They offered me the job in the end.

The process involves a phone interview followed by a group interview. It can take a couple of weeks to hear back. Some roles have multiple stages, including more group interviews. The interviews are generally conversational and relaxed, though they can be long, taking about an hour. It felt unconventional but real, and the people were approachable.

The HR person seemed unsure about how to interview. She asked me if I had heard of Build-A-Bear, and then asked me to create a boss. Given my experience working here and seeing how often people leave, I'd think she could come up with better questions. She also asked about my hobbies, and then a couple of questions later, asked me to name 10 things I enjoy doing in my free time.
