Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OLR.
Software Developer
After I passed the initial interview and technical test, the last step was a technical interview at their offices. A week before the date, they cancelled the interview saying the positions were filled and the recruiting process was over. But it seems it was over just for me, because other candidates still had their interview.
- Tell me about the pros and cons about ourselves.
Senior Software Developer
I interviewed at OLR Bangalore. The first round was a telephonic interview with basic questions. The second round was F2F. The third round was an onsite team interview. After the third round, HR mentioned one more round the following week, but it never happened. OLR people don't seem to play fair, as they left their office to attend interviews on weekdays. Please respond properly and don't make candidates wait. I won't attend another interview and won't recommend this company to friends due to the worst interview process.
- Can you explain Hibernate mapping?
- Do you have knowledge of Core Java questions?
Software Engineer
The first interview, sometimes called a pre-interview, usually starts with a one-on-one with the hiring manager. They'll likely ask you some questions. If you do well in this first chat, they might invite you back for a second meeting.
- Tell me about your experience in the initial interview, also known as a pre-interview, which typically involves a one-on-one with a hiring manager who asks questions.
