Cloud Engineer
The interview experience was quite good and comfortable, although I felt a bit nervous initially. Overall, it was a positive experience. The questions were relevant to my current role, which made it easier to navigate.
- Can you tell me about your experience with AWS?
- What are your thoughts on DevOps practices?
Project Manager
The interview process was good and of moderate difficulty. It included scenario-based, technical, and process-related questions. The quick 3 rounds were completed within 7-8 days. Although I was selected and had completed document submission and negotiations, the HR then started ghosting me regarding the offer letter. 11 days later, I received an email stating I was rejected. This seemed very odd, especially after submitting documents and completing negotiations. Based on similar reviews, this seems to be their usual practice.
- Which project management tools have you utilized previously?
- Could you describe your experience using Jira for project management, including the types of reports you generated and extracted?
Information Technology Specialist
Went through 4 rounds of interviews. First was with Talent Acquisition who was my POC. Then a technical interview with DevOps Lead and Infra Lead who asked questions that could be easily Googled, like about SysInfo during IT troubleshooting. Next was HRBP, which went smoothly. Finally, met with the Global CTO who made me feel aligned with company values. After all this, the TA just sent a rejection email and I had to chase them for an explanation, otherwise, it felt like things would just be forgotten.
- Can you briefly introduce yourself and detail your experience from your past 5 jobs as mentioned in the application?
- Explain the differences and main changes between HDD and SSD.
- Describe what SysInfo 32 does when executed and elaborate on the scenarios where this command is relevant.
Head of Customer Success
The interview rounds went by fast, mostly behavioral interviews with important team members and leaders. I got a verbal 'yes' after 3 weeks. The recruiter then delayed for 3-4 weeks, giving many excuses and missing promises to update me, so I had to chase them constantly. Finally, the recruiter agreed on the compensation, asked for my payslips and personal info to draft the contract. The next day, I received a WhatsApp message saying there were some changes in plans and they weren't moving forward with the offer.
- What are some typical behavioral questions you ask?
- Can you describe the technical questions asked?
