The interview process involves two rounds. The last round requires a good model and a case interview. It's not overly difficult but demands significant preparation.

The hiring process felt a bit long for a temporary role, with quite a few people involved. It started with a 15-minute HR call, then a 1-hour competency-based interview with the line manager at OW HQ. After that, there was a 1-hour Skype interview with a manager in another country, followed by a 40-minute competency-based interview with the Head of the area at OW HQ. They seemed keen on understanding my knowledge of the professional services industry, my Excel skills, and what makes a good business partner. I found it a bit challenging to understand the Head of the area due to his French accent. While everyone was pleasant, the process dragged on, and surprisingly, there wasn't even an Excel test. In total, there were 4 HR calls, 2 interviews at HQ, and 1 Skype interview. Despite the length, it seems like a decent company to work for.
- Can you tell me what you know about the professional services industry?
- Describe your experience and how you utilize Excel.
- What qualities do you believe are most crucial for an effective business partner?

A HR lady called to set up the first round which was a 30 min 1:1 CV-based interview and then a 30 min 1:1 case study interview. After that, I took two 30-minute tests: a numeracy test and a verbal reasoning test, both similar to the GMAT. The first interviewer was a consultant who, dressed very casually, seemed to see my CV for the first time and spent too much time talking about the hiring process instead of asking questions. The senior consultant who interviewed me for the case study showed up in running gear and then left me for 20-25 minutes to change into a suit. Overall, I was unimpressed by the lack of professionalism.

- What are the key factors relating to competitors that I should consider if I'm an entrepreneur looking to buy the local Starbucks?
