Had a phone chat with a recruiter, who was really nice and professional. It was a relaxed conversation and lasted about 40 minutes. They went over the job details and what the company does. I noticed the job post didn't actually mention the working hours, which was a bit unclear.

The interview process took a really long time. It's been 5 months since I interviewed for this position, and I still haven't heard back, but honestly, I'm not waiting anymore because I found a better job. I kept reaching out to HR for an update or feedback, but they just kept saying there was 'no news.' It felt like a complete waste of my time. I even saw they reposted the job on LinkedIn a few months ago. They should at least tell candidates when they're not selected, and I'm happy I didn't end up working for a company that treats people this way.
