Case Technical Presentation

Sehr freundliche Gespräche, insgesamt vier Runden. Zwei davon beinhalteten Case-Studies.

Behavioral Case

A recruiter initially contacted me and seemed enthusiastic about my profile. The interview coordinator then scheduled the interview. However, the Partner missed the first online interview and didn't give any advance notice, so I waited for 30 minutes before the coordinator rescheduled. For the rescheduled interview, the partner was late again. It then turned into a Q&A about client types, followed by a case interview. I withdrew from the process because the client types and the company culture didn't seem like a good fit for me.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

First, there’s an HR interview, could be phone or video, to chat about your background, why you want this job, and if you meet the basic requirements. They might ask some behavioral questions to see if you fit our company culture. Then, you’ll likely have one or more case interviews, where you’ll tackle a business problem. You need to show how you’d structure the problem, work with data, and suggest solutions. They’re checking your problem-solving, analytical skills, and how you communicate. The cases could be about entering new markets, making more profit, or general business strategy. There will also be fit questions about your past work – teamwork, leadership, how you handle disagreements. Use the STAR method for examples! Finally, you'll probably meet with partners or senior managers. This part might include more case studies and deeper behavioral questions, focusing on your strategic thinking and if you’re on the same page as us regarding our values.
