There were 2 interview rounds. The first round had a 30-minute case interview followed immediately by a 30-minute behavioral interview. The second round included a case interview, a behavioral interview, and a presentation of a take-home project with a Q&A session. The interview process began with two easy online rounds. The final round was an offsite meeting with a partner, which was a terrible experience. The first time I arrived, I was informed the interviewer was unavailable only after I reached their building. After rescheduling, I had to wait 20 minutes for the interviewer on the scheduled day. The interviewer seemed unprepared, as they quickly browsed my resume during the interview and asked irrelevant questions. Following the interview, I was unable to contact HR, as they did not respond to my follow-up emails.
- Can you describe a project that you have led?
Summer Analyst
I applied through my school's recruiting website and got an interview at my school. There were two 30-minute interviews back to back. One was a behavioral interview and the other was a case interview. The interviewers seemed young and friendly. The case interview was pretty different from ones I'd practiced for. My interviewer didn't want me to spend time thinking or calculating, but instead asked me hypothetical questions and wanted to see my creative approach to answering them. For this internship, there's just one interview round before they make offers.
- Can you share an instance where you had to collaborate with someone you didn't agree with? What actions did you take?
