It was less of an interview and more of a battle royale. I was recruited via LinkedIn, after two phone interviews I attended the group assessment. They introduced the day as the beginning of the squid game and I lost interest immediately. It looks like a fun place to work if you enjoy the cut-throat nature of sales. Positive people but not my cup of tea, I would have declined the offer if I'd received one. Otherwise, the day consisted of group debates, followed by one on one interviews with each of the team directors to see where you may be a good fit, followed by a brief lunch provided by OJ. If you did well during the interviews the final activity would have been roleplaying, I thankfully got to leave after lunch, eliminated from the squid game.

It was a 4 stage interview process. Started with an initial telephone call, followed by 3 face-to-face interviews with Director/Manager level employees. They had a really warm and friendly vibe throughout. I got to hear some cool success stories from the interviewers. The whole thing felt super structured and organized. I had to do a personality test beforehand, and they asked me about my personality traits related to a recruitment career.

It was a 5 stage interview process with 3 screening calls. First call was with an Associate Consultant, second with a Senior Associate, third with a Director. Then there were two face to face interviews, one with a Director and the final one with a Group Director. The interview was what I had expected. You need to really know your strong points and most importantly know why you want to work in recruitment.
