The interview was situation-based but pretty brief. The questions were direct, and each answer seemed to lead into the next. I think there were about 7 questions total. It started with an introduction and then moved on from there.

So far, I've had two interviews. The first was a virtual chat with the HR Recruiter/Administrative Assistant where they asked me basic questions about my background and why I'm interested in the role. She also went over some job details. The second interview was in person at their office. The Case Aide Supervisor and the Regional Director asked me a lot of questions. My previous caregiving experience and psychology education helped me answer them well. Everyone was really nice, and it was a good experience overall.

The interview process was really quick, which was nice compared to other nonprofits. I got contacted about a week after I applied. I had a phone interview with HR, and then another one with my supervisor and a coworker. I got an offer about a week after that.

I knew someone already at the school, and they put in a good word for me with HR. Pretty quickly after applying online, HR reached out via email the next day to set up a Zoom interview for the following week. It was a 40-minute session with the HR person and the principal. After that, they invited me for a quick 10-minute tour of the school later that same week.
