I got through the initial rounds and then had an in-person interview with the President. I had a whole marketing plan ready based on my research of their company, but he didn't seem interested in seeing it. After that, there was zero follow-up. I tried reaching out multiple times, even offering to discuss or send them my marketing research and strategy, but got no response. It was like a ghost town. They should probably at least follow up or respond to applicants they bring that far into the interview process.

They emailed me to set up an initial interview where we talked about my work history and the job. Then I had a second interview with HR to discuss the same things. After that, I came in person to meet the team and get a tour of the place.

I had a zoom interview where we went over regular interview questions and discussed my availability. It was short and sweet. The following week, I went to pick up my WFH equipment and got everything started. The process was mostly very easy and everyone was super kind.

I had a phone chat that seemed to go well. The person interviewing me asked the questions listed below, and then asked about my salary needs. I told her, and then asked about their salary range, and she mentioned $13-15/hour plus a 3% commission. Since I typically make around double their base pay, it wasn't a good match. They do offer benefits for Full Time employees and PTO starts at 5 days per year. It sounds like a really fun business and an interesting position though, as they deal with gift crates and floral arrangements.
