They started with an online assessment test, followed by a phone interview (make sure your phone isn't blocking calls). Then there was an in-person interview where 2-3 people asked questions to get to know you. They were very easy-going and it wasn't as many questions as I thought. The people were great and I had a good time. They made it relaxed and answered my questions. Shortly after (within a week), I got a phone call with an offer or an email saying no offer.

I interviewed on campus after meeting the recruiter at a job fair. It was a good initial interview. BUT then the follow-up was bad. I was supposed to be contacted to arrange travel for an onsite interview in Texas or Louisiana. I followed up since I never heard from anyone. I was told there were no jobs in Texas or Louisiana. Then I heard about a potential position in Niagra Falls, then Alabama. Then I was told I couldn't interview because I said I wanted to stay 'local to Louisiana'. I live in Tennessee and said I'm open to relocating, even though they have a plant nearby that had an open position I would have considered. Then I was told they didn't have positions for Bio-Medical Engineers, mixing up my info with someone else's. I'm a mechanical engineer. Then I was contacted again to arrange an interview, and I gave dates I was unavailable during finals week. She immediately contacted me to schedule an interview then. I told her again I could come the week after and never heard back. The whole process was messed up, and it's a shame because I was really interested.

First, there was a 45-minute phone interview with a panel of an HR rep and an engineer. They asked questions mainly about my resume, so know your resume inside and out because they asked follow-up questions. There were also 2-3 behavioral questions. The next interview was in person with an HR rep and 2 engineers. This part had 5 behavioral questions, and each one had the same follow-up questions like "Tell me about a time when...", "What did you learn from that experience", and "How have you used that lesson since then". If you know the STAR Method, you'll do great.

There were multiple questions about your plant experience and how you handle problems. Honestly, it feels like they hire who they want, not who deserves it. Promotions seem to be based on who you know, not your actual performance.
