Demand Planner
I started with a phone screen from HR, then had a Teams interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went for an onsite where I met two directors and the hiring manager again. It was weird because the hiring manager didn't remember our Teams chat from just two weeks before. I tried to follow up with HR after the onsite but never heard back, like they totally ghosted me.

Customer Service Representative
It was a two-step interview process. First, I had an HR screen with a coordinator to ensure I was qualified. Then, there was an in-person interview with two of the hiring managers and senior management.

Analyst
The interview process was straightforward. It involved two rounds, one with the manager and another with the director of the department. Following the interviews, I received a job offer.

Transportation Manager
I found the posting online and reached out to some people on LinkedIn. Someone replied the next day saying they liked my background and HR would call. HR called about a week later to set up a phone interview. In the phone interview, they asked about my background and salary expectations. I told them my expectations and they offered a much lower salary. I said that was fine since I wanted to learn more about the role. About a week after that, I got a call to come in for a face-to-face interview. I was told I'd meet two people, but wasn't given their titles. First, I met a Senior Transportation Manager. When I asked about career opportunities and how I'd be evaluated, he was vague, just saying there's a yearly review. He mostly asked me questions. Then I met another Senior Transportation Manager and asked the same questions, getting similar vague answers. This made me suspicious about the pay and career path. He asked a few easy questions. Finally, I met the Director of Transportation. She asked me to describe the value I brought to past companies. When I asked about her tenure, she mentioned she's been there 13.5 years but doesn't focus on title. I asked again about career opportunities, and she stopped me, saying that question was precisely why I wasn't a fit. She felt I was too eager, already asking about the next step before even starting. She called that questioning pushy, saying in their company, you work hard and things take care of themselves. She noted my qualifications were strong, but my eagerness was a deal-breaker. She pointed out my job history (6 jobs in 11 years) compared to her two jobs in 25 years, calling me a job jumper, despite layoffs and a company going out of business. She said it wasn't a fit for them, and honestly, it wasn't for me either due to the low pay and lack of clarity on career growth.
