First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Old Dutch Foods.
Merchandiser
It was a casual interview. The business development manager, Steve Sanderson, made it feel like a conversation with a friend, which was the best part. He's the best! It involved a few questions about my previous work experience and some about merchandising.
- Could you tell me about the company's product line?
Sales Representative
First I had a phone interview. Then a week later, I got a call for a second interview where I met some management and warehouse people. I got hired and had to do a week of paperwork before I could start working with anyone.
- What makes you want to work for Old Dutch?
Business Development Manager
It was a casual chat since I'm already with the company and exploring a different role.
- Are you open to returning from parental leave to accept this position?
Lab Technician
The interview was pretty straight and chill. The interviewer was nice and patient and the reply was fast. It was about 20 minutes. No additional requirements to pay attention to.
- Can you tell me about a challenge you faced and how you overcame it?
