I was contacted on LinkedIn. Then I had a phone interview where they asked me about my current job and my English level. From there, I moved on to an oral and written English test with a teacher. The next step was writing an email in English. Then, there was an in-person interview at the office, where they asked me what I do and why I'd like to work there. A few days later, they called me for a Skype interview with my boss, who is in the US. The following step was a psychometric evaluation with a psychologist, who administered psychological tests. After that, I moved to the final stage, which was a hiring lunch where my future colleagues met me. And then they called me to let me know I had been hired. It was a long process, but it was worth it because the company is great and the work environment is very good.

Project Manager
The application process started with a professional interaction with a recruitment rep, followed by a call with the US team for screening. There was some ambiguity regarding the distinct needs of the US versus UK teams. The interview itself felt a bit unfocused, lacking structured, core competency or project management-specific questions related to the job description, such as project plans, timelines, resourcing, JIRA, or technical knowledge. Instead, the focus seemed to be on reasons not to hire. The interviewers had their laptops open, and while HR was present, they did not participate. One of the panelists was not part of the original screening, which, given the outcome, might have been inefficient. Ultimately, I received an email within two hours stating they would not proceed, citing my experience being more suited for a client-side PM role. The office location was good and the office itself seemed nice, but the interview room was small for a panel. I didn't inquire about flexi-time due to the interview's emphasis on workload, pace, and culture.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your motivations for seeking employment with our company?
- What are the reasons you believe would make us hesitant to hire you?
Front-End Engineer
They are really looking for a team player and someone who is nice to coworkers, even though some technical skills are needed. After being recommended by two employees, I got an email within a week. They checked my LinkedIn and we had a Skype interview where we talked mostly about me and my background without getting too specific. Then, I got an exercise to build a gadget using Angular 1.5, html5, css3, and some classic pure JavaScript problems. There's no strict deadline, but I suggest taking one to two weeks. They gave feedback focusing on code clarity and good practices, advising readable and maintainable code with comments over 'clever code'. They offered a chance to resubmit after reviewing their recommendations, which I'd definitely do if I were continuing. I ended up accepting an offer from another company for personal reasons. It seems like a great company with good benefits, and I might try again later. I think there are two more interviews if you pass the technical one, both in person, and one might be a lunch with the team.
- What motivates you to seek employment with this company?
- Could you elaborate on your professional background and previous roles?
- What is your perspective on collaborating effectively within a team environment?
Technical Support Engineer
The interview process felt long, spanning almost a month from the initial talk with the hiring manager to the final panel interview. I had to go to the office twice, paying for it myself. Afterward, the hiring manager called to explain that due to rapid company expansion leading to some redundancies, the other candidate would have gotten the job anyway because they had experience with digital marketing and SSRS, neither of which was mentioned in the job description.
- Can you describe a time you provided excellent customer service?
