Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard, and it had 2 rounds. The first round had pretty routine questions, and the second round focused on specific concerns they had. Higher level leadership was involved in the second round. I enjoyed the process, it wasn't high pressure, and the people were pleasant.

We set up the interview via email. The interview itself was mostly one-on-one. They asked some brief questions about my past experiences and why I was interested in this specific job. By the end of the interview, they offered me the position.

The initial interview was a phone call. It involved four interviewers on their end, using speakerphone. I felt it would have been better suited for an in-person meeting given the number of people involved, or at least a video call.

The interviewer was really excited to have found someone he liked for the job. He actually almost forgot to tell HR about my two-week notice. Since we both thought I was a great fit, I found the interview to be pretty easy and fun.
