I applied online and after a few weeks, HR invited me for an interview in Duesseldorf with the Marketing responsible for the Central Region and the Sales Head of that region. The HR person was also present. The first meeting was very interesting, informative and constructive for both parties. I had a good feeling with the company. The next meeting was with the VP of the Central Region, again in Duesseldorf. This meeting was completely different. The regional VP was an old-fashioned manager who felt the need to play the bad cop game. It was a very uncomfortable interview and at some points very intrusive when it came to personal/private information. The hiring manager was also present, but he hardly said a word. This interview was a month ago and I haven't heard back from OKI since. The experience started good but ended with a negative feeling towards the company and how they treat their potential new employees.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and the HR manager contacted me. We had a 15 minute phone interview, and she said she'd discuss my resume and interview with the hiring managers. I was asked to interview in person with the two hiring managers in Supply Chain. They both pulled out my resume and it seemed they hadn't reviewed it ('Oh...you work at XYZ company?'). I answered behavioral questions well, but they weren't impressed with my direct supply chain management experience, given my background in international trading and a 3PL, trying to transition into supply chain management. After that, another manager was supposed to interview me. After 10 minutes, an admin assistant came in and said the other manager didn't have time and would speak with me next time. I was asked to fill out an application and bring it, but no one asked for it. I sent thank you emails, but never heard back about not moving forward.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved 4 phone interviews, and then I had 7 face-to-face interviews at their corporate office. They covered all my travel expenses for me to fly out to their headquarters. During the interviews, I met with HR, Sales Managers, the Sales VP, Marketing Directors, the President, and two product managers.
