Secretary
The overall hiring process was pretty simple. It was between the applicant and the Principal. The whole thing was quick, only taking about 2 days to hear back. The hiring process itself was long, so just make sure you get your salary.
- Why do you want to work here?
Teacher
After submitting an online application, I applied for open positions on their website. I was then contacted for an interview that lasted about 30 minutes. In total, I went through 10 interviews. Only two principals informed me of their decisions, and just one provided feedback. It's hard to be certain, but it appears they might not be adhering to the veteran's preference policy mentioned on their site.

- How would you incorporate the ELA block into your teaching?

Since I was already a teacher there, the interview was short. I got the job after passing the state's highly qualified test for the subject.
