Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very easygoing and welcoming. The interviewer was friendly and made the conversation feel relaxed, not stressful. They clearly explained the role, asked simple questions about my experience, and focused a lot on guest service and teamwork. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with several people at the nw expressway location. The first person I met was very outgoing and had a great personality. I went back for a second interview and met a guy who seemed arrogant. Based on his attitude, I knew I wouldn't get the job. He made me feel intimidated, and the interview went poorly. I don't expect to get hired. I don't usually complain about companies, but I got a rejection letter shortly after the interview, which I was expecting. It felt like a punch to the gut.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with Olive Garden for a serving job and they made me wait 45+ minutes past my appointment time. The interviewer was nice and said I was qualified and that they'd set up a second interview for the next Thursday. But then I got an email saying I didn't get the job, no reason given. I get that things change, but it was rude and unprofessional to waste my time and not communicate.

Behavioral

This interview was super long and kind of a drag. I waited at the front for about 25 minutes while the person interviewing me seemed really unprepared. They asked me some questions that didn't really seem to matter, almost like they were just filling time. On top of that, they never even called me afterward, even though they said they would, regardless of whether I got the job or not.
