I found the job on the university student jobs site. The interview process started with the IT team. They asked me about my past experience and computer knowledge. They also asked how I would handle some situations, like difficult users or projects that are running late. After that, there was a background check and some more questions with HR. The whole thing took about two months.

I found a bunch of CRC jobs on their website and applied online. About two weeks after I applied, I got an email to set up a phone interview because I was out of town. The day after the first phone interview, they invited me to meet the research team and the head of the research team, who is a physician.
