I applied on the website and got a call back after two weeks. The first round was with HR and the Manager, and I also had to complete an online assessment. A week later, I came back for a second interview with other staff from the department. The people I interviewed with were friendly, accommodating, and answered all my questions. I received a lot of communication throughout the process about my status.

Behavioral Technical

I went through an interview process for a claims role. First, I had to complete some initial paperwork for background and application. Then, I had a preliminary chat with what seemed like a frontline staff member, maybe a secretary. They asked a few simple questions and then talked about the company's benefits, giving me some informational materials to take home. After that, two managers interviewed me about the job itself. The questions weren't too tough; they mainly focused on things like 'what interests you about insurance?' or 'what are your career path goals?'

Behavioral Presentation

The recruiter reached out to me for an interview. The manager in IT was pretty swamped due to an upcoming implementation go-live, so they seemed a bit distracted. They walked me through some process maps and explained the job would involve documenting and understanding interface flows, training users, identifying gaps and new requirements, and working with stakeholders on prioritization, which is right up my alley. I left feeling pretty good about getting an offer. However, two days later, they decided not to move forward because they were looking for someone with insurance experience, which they hadn't mentioned before.

Behavioral Technical

It was a round-robin style interview process with 8 interviews total spread over two days. Everyone I spoke with was great and asked thoughtful questions, and it really felt like a dialogue. The only hiccup was on the second day when HR forgot to tell the hiring manager I was there, but we managed to get back on track.
