The interview process is quite cumbersome, involving numerous interviews. A notable issue is that the interviewers are not from the relevant departments and tend to ask questions that lack logical coherence.

Recruiter reached out for a phone screen, then I had an in person interview with the local sales manager. Then, a half day ride along. Finally, an in person interview with two VPs. The offer was bad, though.

Behavioral Other

My first two interviews with OBM were very professional and I was welcomed with a friendly culture. I received a lot of information about the position and all of my questions were answered. My third interview with OBM was unprofessional and I was asked some extremely inappropriate questions by the sales manager that did not have any relevance to the job and my qualifications. All of these questions made me feel very uncomfortable as they have nothing to do with my professional life.
